Mandala Oblongata to me means something that belongs in a law book. That has to do more of something with the law perhaps. Like did you just Mandala Oblongata over the highway. it just sounds negative to me. I don't really know how else to describe it. or maybe it doesn't need to be in a law book and it just needs to be an everyday use like.
