Standing in the cold with someone next to me who I knew of course
looking at the clock ... where was she ? was probably snoring on the couch
2 hours later she came rushing in .. in her work uniform
on the bus nervous it was my first time would I miss my stop was all I was thinking about
walked up a long block that felt like I was going up a hill in the south
man was it cold like NY on a snowy day
